My mobile app for my EG4 6000xp always requires me to log out and then log back in anytime I return (re-open) the app. Other than that it works great. Just an annoyance. I'm using Android. Does this happen to anyone else? It's always always done this. Not a new issue.

Follow up question. I have a two stage compressor/air conditioner. When I do the learn process, should I be lowering the thermostat down just enough to trigger stage one or lower it several degrees so that it kicks on the second stage?
