I have contacted EG4 several times and they say their EG4 LL work in closed loop with Sunny Islands , just need to download the battery protocol.

I had the same issue with the Vbat Max. Hedges suggested ti lower the battery setting to 46 volts and it helped as it creates a wave of influx power , the lower voltage give the battery space to keep from hitting the VBat Max. I have a Big Battery Kong elite in open loop and it does not lie to...

I think the company is GSL direct from china. They have lots of different batteries and is hard to get a straight answer and price and they annot provide doumentation that they work in losed loop with SMA 60/48, only a picture with it connected to the Battery.
