Well, here’s the update on my situation. The new blue controller plugged right in and fixed the problem. No need to swap out the new motherboard.

They are the exact plugs and components currently used in my Vevor 8kw diesel heater. Only difference is the color of the remote control. My current one is red.

My Vevor 8 KW with the blue controller is doing exactly the same thing. Indicated voltage is zero on the controller and remote. No error codes. No functionality. I have ordered a new blue controller, motherboard, and remote ( which I sourced on Walmart.com for the incredibly low price of...

I cut off charging, however, at prismatic cell voltage of 3.35 volts, because my cells don't seem to want to go much above that, and the bms reports that the bank SOC is 100% at that level.

I charge at 3.4 volts per LifePO4 prismatic cell using a constant voltage variable power supply.

I can attest to the value and quality of this unit, which I recently purchased on amazon.

It's true. I was able to access and modify settings simultaneously in both (using the Sinowealth software (SH39F003) and the Smart BMS app on my iPhone 6s. System was working great until the next day when I went to wake the system up by initiating a charge, after redoing some connections...

Also, thanks! I didn't realize that I could access on both the PC and the smart phone through Bluetooth at the same time. There are some things that I like about each of those methods of access, And it's nice to be able to view both screens at the same time.

I've got it working now. The hardest part wss installing the Sinowealth software due to my not being able to read Chinese. Fortunately, I got an e-mail from Daly or ICgogo walking me through the installation screens. Playing with parameters now. Thanks.

I was able to install it despite it being in chinese. Also was able to configure and open the Com port. It is working now with the Sinowealth BMS tool. Now playing with the settings to optimize the power management.

I am in the same situation with an R05A-FL05. Where does one obtain the Sinowealth software; is it in English, and does it solve this problem? I saw a link to it in one of these threads, but it did not lead to the software, just to a useless Chinese document.
