Been a DIYer for a long time, fixing many things, breaking a few. But basically been wiring stuff since I was kid in the ‘70s. Been using rechargeable batteries since the ‘80s with SLA and NiCD, then NIMH including Eneloop and then Lithium battery tools. Just now getting into lithium for boats, etc. and solar panels to charge a few things, and to have a backup to gas power emergency backup in the event SHTF.
