    Vibration w/mounting an all-in-one.

MPP 2724LV: I'm concerned about vibration (over time) causing damage to internal parts? Can I use dampening material when mounting (anti-vibration groumets, packing foam, etc.) to mitigate this? It'll be at the rear of a 20' cargo trailer. Thanks

    Junkyard battery cables...(?)

I have an all-in-one system that I'll be hooking up to batteries about 2-3 ft away. And it seems that some larger SUVs use 2 gauge wire, are there any issues I should be concerned about? (If they aren't otherwise damaged...)

Running new wiring circuits along side existing RV wiring(?)

Thanks! What you've done is exactly the way I've envisioned doing my trailer.

Running new wiring circuits along side existing RV wiring(?)

I'm converting a cargo trailer and I have a question about running the DC wiring. Naturally, it's powered by a 7-pin connector... I'm guessing I should leave all the wiring for exterior lights (brakes, turning, clearance, etc.) in place and undisturbed(?) One question I have is about the two...

DC to DC charger or generator to top off lithium batteries?

I plan on having a lithium battery bank sufficient for a few days of boondocking. In the event that the Sun stays hidden for several days and I need to top off my batteries, which is more advisable for the job? A DC to DC charger ($200-ish) where I just turn on my truck and I'm charging or a...

    VEHICLE VIBRATION AND ELECTRONICS

801, thanks for the reply. It's not that I'm all worked up about the issue it just comes to mind as I think about what I'm going to do. Your response is well reasoned and insightful, thanks a lot. Unfortunately, my initial design puts my system at the very rear of my trailer, maybe I'll rethink...

    VEHICLE VIBRATION AND ELECTRONICS

I'm mounting an all-in-one system (MPP: PIP 2724LV) in a cargo trailer; is there anything wrong with cushioning the board it's attached to? That is, putting a bushing-type material between the board and the cargo trailer. Would it not lessen/absorb the rattling up and down of pot-wholes etc. to...
