Hello. I'm going thru this right now... I was getting OV protection after adding new batteries... I was using EG4 setting to charge wich is 58.4v. But.....if you look At the lifepower batteries SPEC SHEET it clearly says to charge to 56.2v +-.2v Soooo why SS sells you batteries that their SPEC...

Switch to User mode instead of EG4 on settin #5. This allows to change changing values

When you say to cycle batteries, what exactly do you mean? How low DOD? Or go to 50% then charge100% and let it float? Define please. Thanks

The bunbalance is too much to handle for the passive balancer that comes with this batterys... 5 months of deep cycling didn't fix the issue... I paid for a balance, to specs, performing battery.... shouldn't have to pay for the defective unbalanced battery shipping cost twice...
