Kind of same problem. Still trying to find a good balance in the parameters. I have tried firmware 0.4, 0.6 and now latest 0.7. Still not working. Its posible to reset it with the PC software, both V2.0(V16, 10e etc.) and V3.0 I have done it in both variants. Its just tricky to find. V2.0 -> SN menu if i remember correct V3.0 -> Switch control ->System reset, as Milky_pete say- Reaction score: 0

What is your low voltage voltage parameters? Did you do a full calibrate as seplos descripe? Charge to 100% (high voltage shut-off) Discharge to it Cuts off (low voltage shut-off) Charge to minimum 50% This procedure should according to Seplos calibrate the capasity of the battery.
