Okay , so get a separate charge controller for the 24v,is the only answer I can think of? Would putting an inline fuse for the two lower voltage series help that as a different solution ? ( not permanent of course) until I can get another charge controller.

So the (x2 200w 24 vmp are in parallel) then two strings in series (x2 200w 19 vmp) and ( x2 100w 19 vmp). I’m assuming you’re saying the 2 series of 19vmp would be doubled ? 38vmp?
