They are all done, now. I did them in bunches of eight. they all took about 305Ah and took 38-40 hours. So it wasn't to bad in the end..

I'm on the second set of batteries now. the 8 cells took 307 Ah of charge and took 47h 26min to reach 3.60 volts.
The first lot were not much different. So I well continue on for a while yet.
I set the Power supply to 3.50v. then after a 30min rest...
Help with Top Balance.
I have to top balance 48 72 Ah cells.
They are all about 3.288 volts, or within the 3.287-3.289 range.
I have a good little 5amp bench supply and have chosen 3.6v as the balance voltage.
Enough to do the job voltage wise, but hopefully not high enough to cause...
I'm mulling over cell layout, for 48 Calb 3.2v 100Ah cells, to be wired as a 48v (51.2) Pack.
Weather to parallel all the cells in groups of 3 cells. Then series 16 of them together. And use one Bms.
Or to series 16 cells together, and produce 3 separate strings, with a Bms each.

Plug the cable back to you PC in to the last com port on the last battery.
On the battery dip switches, set the first battery as ID 01 and so on so ID 06 is the last battery.
And see if you have any luck. worked on some old no understandable name rack battery's...
As you can see i bought four 150Ah Bluecarbon batterys. I charged them as the manufacture instructed. They make the battery so you should use there settings.
These Battery's are RUBBISH. they seem to be old cells repackaged.

The very early Outback MXs were only rated at 120v but all of the FMs were 150v.
