I received y first 6000xp about 3 weeks ago and it updated fine to the correct version ccaa-180C0D. I just installed a new one and when I updated it, it shows ccaa-180C0C as the firmware.

I am trying to get this to work but my cable I made to communicate with the LL-S batteries does not work. I can not find the post that EG4jarred posted with the pins used for different EG4 products for both CAN and RS485.
This is a clamp style breaker. The serrated "clamp" tightens the wire when the screw is tightened. The screw type would just be the screw pushing the wire .
I think it would be a better option if SS or other vendors offered a trade in from the lifepower or LL to the indoor (or outdoor) since they are not compatible with the indoor units. I have 3 lifepower4 and 2 ll-S so I can not use any of them to supplement my 2 indoor units I just installed.
When installing my EG4 indoor batteries I noticed in the manual there are 3 EG4 inverters pictured. 18k, 12k, and 6000xp. Any idea when these will be available?
I just installed my 2nd 6000xp and did the firmware update. When completed it shows an older version than the first one I commissioned around a month ago.
The new one updated to ccaa-180C0C while the other shows ccaa-180C0D
Just opened my new indoor EG4 battery and dip switch 1 is broken off. Vendor has offered to return/replace or I can keep it and let them know what I think the value of credit should be. They said will not affect the warranty. I can probably switch it on of off with a small jewelers...
i just received and have started to install a pallet of
Aptos 370W Bifacial Solar Panels
from SS. The VOC is 41.4 and ISC is 11.26. Are the panels in 10s ( in South Carolina) too much for the EG4 6000XP with 480v mppt?
Is it an option to run 2 6000xp's to the input of a 100a sub panel main feed, instead of running to 2 sperate breakers since the load is already protected by the load breaker already in the unit?
