Make sure the bus bar is tight and has good contact. Maybe take it off and clean everything.

There’s no reason why you can’t adjust the calibration settings and get the readings identical (providing you’re sure smart shunt is more accurate)

Yep you need the bluetooth dongle, or the computer software to program it. There isn't a setting on the MT50 controller.

I've done the same in my campervan but use the agm's for 12v which uses very little power but essential equipment, and the lifepo4 for the 240v. It does mean I have 2 of everything else, but does offer redundancy and low temp charging.

If your cells are like mine then they have steel helicoils in them so aluminium bolts will actually be worse than just using steel.

Absolutely, anything over 14v is fully charged, there is very little capacity difference between 3.5v and 3.6v, you would witness this when charging as it takes only minutes to go from 3.5v to 3.6.v.

BB's don't have 4 cylindrical cells, they have numerous 18650's.
