Set mine 34-37F and thats exactly where it stays.No need to set restart delay,its not going to start right back up with the inkbird and its minimum 1 degree temp differential,mine is stock setting whatever that was.They also dont dry things out,a head of lettuce is crisp for around 2 weeks...

Right from the start if your battery has any potential to freeze buy the heated batteries! However since you are an early adopter of LFP you didnt have that option but prices are dropping so going forward its get the heated batts and good to go.Consider nothing else IMO,cold snaps happen...
