Thank you all for the reply very very helpful! I do have it hooked up to a battery bank. Will it damage the batteries or will the Mppt handle that as in not charging it if already full

I’m doing a 24v system with 1200w (200w pannelsx6)solar array setting up by wills website recommendations and says I can use Epever 40a 150v Mppt but all the other calculators says I should use a bigger Mppt. Panels are 24.3v voc. Is it ok to use 40a 150v Mppt with panels in series. Thank you

I have a self built solar array hooked to life ol batteries and don’t use it(for loss of power/emergency back up) what happens to the energy it creates if not in use? I have a victron mppt if that makes a difference. Should I disconnect if not in use? Thank you

I was think that but would it be enough voltage to charge a 24v battery bank? Wouldn’t equal only 36v(12v x 3) or do u multiply the voc

If running parallel would a fuse for the panels be necessary?
