i ran the numbers for my 118ft of line ill need. and if i use a high voltage and low amps (10 or less) i will only lose 2-3 volts at best. the small the wire the more loss ill have, and the more amps vs voltage i run the loss is even greater like in the 10-30 volt range..
Vmp is 33.9V Voc is 40.9V and i want minimal loss over the 118 Feet the cable has to travel @ Imp 9.43Amps Isc 10.02A
Im useing the higher numbers for the math as i have seen them reach that and then some on higher UV days
where i live i have seen a UV of 11+ in the summer, and this makes my...
When things are in stand by waiting for something to happen like turn on. there is a passive usage. Like a TV can use 0.2Amps, auto coffee pot 0.02 amps, your fridge and water heater still have electronics in them measuring temp and waiting. its likely there using about 0.1 Amps each.
So even if...
My new/used pannels have been hooked up on the ground (temp) and they output a wopping 9Amps @ 240.6V
The math says i can go the full 118Ft and only lose about 2-3 Volts with 10awg solid copper. Does this seem right?
So im looking to buy one of these 3 hybrid inverters to start my monster system. but i have NO IDEA what OFFLINE monitoring software for like an old laptop or a rasberryPI.. ANy advice and suggetion swill be wonderfull thank you!
I was thinking of "
SolarAssistant"? but not to sure..
Here are...
I got mine from aliexpress for $8,961.3 with shipping. yes all 10 they arrived on a pallet.
not any more LOL!!
it was the tank or solar things.
Where there was a tank now sits a wall mouted unit. this freeded up so much space it was crazy!
i think you missed the part i said a fue back that i...
as crazy that is, as i said before, our AVG usage is only about L1=10A and L2=2A
Dont think that will be pulling 1,000 amps on the battery bank. maybe like only 36 amps?
so in thought, about 27 hours of run time, enough to make it to morning
There woudl also be 1,000AH of 48 batterys. there server rack cells. they can handle upto 100 amps each and there is 10 of them so 1000 amps of current. that should be enough i think?
I mean we dont run the water heater 24/7 lol maybe for like a total of 1 hour per day for showers and stuff, also please read the rest of that it will make since.
Thank you!
Is cause of the batterys/inverters there is no space left LOL
makes since, thank you! this will help make a better...
