Yes, SA is getting data only from inverter. It was working fine until I configured the inverter to Lithium 00 (CAN) in order to control charging/discharging from the BMS itself. After that the BMS would simply crash if I tried to connect with SA. That's why I changed it to inverter only. Edit...

It was cheaper for me. And 8 got my inverter. But it's a pain to communicate with them. I have a feeling that it is a one man show run by a guy who is overworked and stretched in to many directions. I can't tell more about reliability than that the company is in business for a fairly long time.
