So the bms sometimes is not a good indicator of actual charge level in the battery.

I would recommend charging until you hit 14.4 volts and then letting amperage taper to almost zero.

The BMS can get out of sync with the actual charge level in the battery.

How many amps is the battery still accepting from the charger once your Bluetooth app shows its at 100%?

With 20+ A solar or with the 60 amp 115 V charger makes no difference.

Should I keep it charging even though my Bluetooth app says 100% but is still showing 60A current going in?
Is that what this is?

Yeah, let it go until amps almost quit flowing in.

Probably around 14.4 volts or so it will start to taper down.

So right now my battery is at 13.37 volts on solar. Should I disconnect that and put it on 60 amp and take it to 14.4 V?

Kind of. Over time, the BMS can get out of sync with the actual battery SOC.

Totally common.

It will be relatively accurate again for awhile after getting the battery up to fully charged voltage and letting the amps taper to almost zero.

Yes!

I don't know your exact setup but there is no problem charging from both sources simultaneously.
