I have an eco worthy solar unit powering my off grid shepherds hut. The battery is charging and holding power. My problem is that some switches work and some don't. And it is random, one minute one light will work and the other won't next that light works and the boiler doesn't. And i find flicking the switch a few times sometimes helps. And sometimes i have no issues whatsoever. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

You do need to troubleshoot.

-Check all connections and re torque. I have found wire connections can be loose, especially where a wire inserts it into a screw down nut.
-If you have an IR measurer, measure temperatures at the connections and see what’s different.
-Is the wire size correct? Use some DC calculator.

The way you described it as happening throughout the system, I would not think its the switch unless they are all incorrect types, for example AC switches installed on DC gear or 12 volt switches a king 48 volts.

Pictures would help. Specs would also. Along with loads, average watts, max watts, and total watt hours.

If your system has 230v AC appliances/ lights and includes a inverter in 'eco' mode, then it's in standby until it 'sees ' something consuming power. The setting in the inverter for detection of power use may be adjustable.
More details of the equipment installed would be useful.

This is why I don't use the Eco mode at my camp. My unit needs about 50w of load to turn on and with as few things as I have up there, I can turn on every light and still have nothing. If you have an Eco Mode setting, turn that off and see if your problems go away.

Another problem I had with an "ECO" mode with my small 250 VA and 1200 VA Victron inverters are an inductive load turning on and off at 44 times a second would cause the inverter to fault out. Would work in normal mode.
