Windows software to calculate home energy consumption?

Newbie first post ... I would like to find MS Windows software that calculates home energy consumption. Something to insert values that can be saved, changed or massaged. I think there are Excell spread sheets for this purpose. I almost d/l'd "https://xlsxtemplates.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Energy_Consumption_Calculator.xlsx" but got a suspicious warning from my virus software. Thx ahead of time.

I like to view my data across various Android and PC devices and use Emporia Energy monitor which uses the cloud. I also use Solar Assistant that keeps the inverter and solar panel data locally. Neither allow me to alter the data..
