Hi. Just installed 3 200 wt panels and a Victron 100/50 charge controller. Unit says I’m getting 62 volts but only .09 amps. What might my problem be?im running 1 12V 100amp battery. Was running 1 panel and added the 2 and changed to the Victron MPPT.

Panels are in series. Battery was at 78% when I checked yesterday.
That victron has bluetooth, just connect to your phone and it will tell you what is happening, and what is toggled off. Ot has reverse polarity protection, your wires might be jacked. It has battery temp protection, you might have that toggled on with no feed, may stop charge. Maybe you connected pv panels to controller before you connected battery, which is usually not good.

I did connect the pv panels to the controller before I turned the battery disconnect on. Does this damage the charge controller?

Can do. All videos from Will Prowse, owner of this forum, emphasize connecting battery to scc first. Victron are usually well protected from mistakes, not sure of this one though.

From the mppt overview booklet for that unit on victron site:

Remotely enabling and disabling the charger:
• All larger units feature the Victron standard remote on/off terminals. All models that don’t feature an
onboard Remote on/off terminal can be remotely controlled by using the VE.Direct non inverting
remote on/off cable – ASS030550310. Note that this prohibits using the VE.Direct port for anything
else.

It’s easy to test. Disconnect solar (asap!) and connect the battery. If it powers up and displays in app you are good.

If it prompts for firmware updates, do them right away. Just a button press and usually less than a minute (awesomeness).

I dont believe the Victrons are harmed by this, but they wont know what battery voltage to regulate incoming pv at. I would certainly try batteries first, wait a min, then pv.

Verify with multimeter that you have proper polarity. It happens.
