Are you doing the deal with Vicky Wen?

I asked, here was the response.

When encountering unprofessional freight forwarders, this situation may occur. The freight price that the freight forwarders give us for the first time is different from the freight when we deliver the goods. This kind of situation is rare, and we also hate to meet such freight forwarders

At the price these are, it is cheap, almost too cheap. Half of me says go for it, other half says wait until you get yours running. :)
Go for it!!!

Yes, been dealing with her from the get go, even when I was still trying to purchase from Abby at SRNE.

We could make it a friendly competition of who gets them up and running first 😂

You would beat me because I'm building a system from scratch, the PV, batteries and installing inverters. I don't have everything here yet and I have about 5 projects going at any one time.

I'm working my truck camper after the heat pump install. Making a cabinet face for the new microwave. If it warms up enough, I'm doing a video comparing the roof air to the heat pump, then pulling the roof air off and installing the new fan and if I find enough time 2 more solar panels.

PV array for shop is staked out, need some weather without rain that fits into my schedule to get the poles set and pour concrete. Shop battery bank (in the big cabinet) not started yet, still building the Luyuan boxes.

If someone doesn't have at least a handful of projects going at once they aren't living.

I need to relocate the battery bank and hopefully add to it at the same time, oh and I still need to build the new enclosure. Then I need to relocate the drill press, at least one work bench and remove a bunch of storage drawers and shelves from the wall to make room for the ASPs and panel.

Adding another ground mount can wait until fall, hot water heater and more mini splits need to get completed first. Re-staining the decks and sealing the wood ground mount needs to happen sooner than later.

Spending less time in the forum would probably speed things up, what fun would that be 😂

I'm not sure if I'm putting in both mini splits in the shop this year or just one. Official Loads Tester is looking forward to not installing that big 2 ton window unit. I'm leaving the 2 ton central unit in place as backup and if I need to cool things off quick. I'd save on the electricity but one guy can only do so much in free time.

My sister will be here this weekend from CO Springs and my mother decided to celebrate their 65th anniversary a month early while she is here. There goes Saturday. Humidity is getting higher here, the air conditioning calls have been rolling in. Dump truck this morning and I have a D6 dozer I looked at Friday I need to get back on. Had another dump truck they wanted to get in this weekend but I had a good excuse. Planting has been at a standstill with the rain so when this weather breaks, it will be very busy here. 100 hour work week probably coming soon.

I don't know why I put myself thru it every year. Money is too good I guess. 100 hours@$100/hour, not bad for the week. I can afford my expensive hobbies like solar I guess. :)

Money is great, but that can be hard on the body. Do you work mostly on mobile AC? On tractors, trucks, etc?
Are you putting a mini split on your camper and removing the roof AC unit?
Northern Indiana is very wet. The water is standing in the fields. With more rain in the forecasts.

Is your inverter actually UL or not?
From the research I've done it should be, I don't have access to an official UL database to verify. Somewhere pages back there was a fair amount of discussion on it.
Personally I don't care if it isn't, it meets the testing requirements and has plenty of certifications in other countries where SRNE has a larger footprint. Most importantly the ASF has passed my testing.

I'm looking forward to the ASPs arrival, I need to get moving on prep work to get them connected and tested quickly.

Mobile AC. I gave up residential 20 some years ago but do work on reefers and some refrigeration occasionally plus buses. That requires the 608 cert so I have 608 and 609.

Season starts last week of March/first week of April and I wash the work trailer up and unhook it in mid November. I get calls for a compressor when the pulley bearing fails on a serpentine belt engine. Out in a cornfield with it snowing bolting on a new compressor just so the equipment can be moved. I'd like to retire some time, don't have a replacement, no one wants to work that hard any more.

That project is done. I bought the mini split 2 years ago and finally finished the install. It was a little involved process, I found the side girts on the truck camper when I remodeled the shower and made the brackets. This year I finally figured out exactly where I was mounting the evaporator and ran the lines. I made the mount so it swings, long story. Condenser is mounted at the rear of the camper.

Roof air is coming off and MaxAir fan going into the hole. Adding two more 100W panels on the tilting mount.

Most here think after next week planting will resume and it will be non stop.

My APS48100U200-H has just arived, manual shows UL1741 certification.
It comes with only one parallel cable, see pics. When I get a chance, I'll do a pinout test on the connectors to see if it is a straight thru vga cable extension.
I ordered the WIFI module as well.
A couple large dents on the outside box from shipping but no damage to the unit itself, well packed.

Now waiting on lithium batteries...sigh...mid june or so approx...
When I get the chance, I'll hook up my old lead acid bank to it for testing...

Exciting!

@Badbyte I'm jealous, I wish I ordered sooner.
Who did you order from and how long from payment to delivery?

Your address is still visible on the smaller shipping label.
Ordered from "SRNE Power Store" on AliExpress.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006779462705.html

Was ordered and paid for on April 19, after some back and forth with the company it was finally shipped April 30 and came in today, May 10.
Took longer then expected due to fedex issue in Hong Kong.

Initial delay from April 19 to April 30 was partially my fault by asking for additonal clarification on a couple matters pertaining to my particular situation...

I better get to work preparing this weekend, weather is supposed to be shitty so I have a good excuse to clean up the garage / work area.

No shipment notification for mine yet.
Hopefully it will be shipped soon. I'm curious to see how well the units work in parallel.
I'm very tempted to order a second one later on when cash flow allows...

Planting...not here. 4 of 6 days are forecast to rain.
