Where are you guys getting that altitude? Seriously " 60,000 ft" is not a recorded limit. A limit for what?
The russians were putting ppl in weather balloons attachments many many years ago.....
There was a guy that went up and jumped from a weather balloon..... parachuted. One guy reportedly took a bb gun and shot a few of his balloons out to descend. I don't remember their altitudes.
