This forum is a fantastic place to complain about companies and solar products. That is one of the main reasons I created it.
And you will always be able to post your bad experiences and evidence without any corporate interest or bias. I love hearing your bad experiences, and it creates opportunities in the market.
What myself and others do not like is when people become emotional and rant endlessly about a company. This clutters the forum and makes more important posts harder to find.
If you wish to complain about a product or find a solution, I would love to hear what you have to say. And so would thousands of other people. But if you do not have the product, and all you are there to do is complain about your past experience with the company, you are not helping anyone. I want to see the problem, the evidence, and solutions.
If you have a specific issue, or multiple issues, make your own thread, and post your evidence, and then we can help find a solution.
This new rule will be enforced. If you see a post that does not contribute to the discussion, or meets the criteria mentioned above, please report it.
