waiting for ground to thaw

I have had frozen water line 5 ft underground for last 7 weeks.I was away 2 months and it froze .Its possible the ground around the line froze to 5 ft thick on all sides due to drainage.So it might be a barrel of earth ice 7-10 ft thick.Pipe in the middle.But who knows.

We finally have temps over 40 daily. 60 today.about a week now. If the frozen earth plug is as big as it might be....how many weeks of these temps will it take to start running?By June?

a week of 70+ temps and not any sign of water trying to get thru..if it doesn't thaw by June 1 I guess I get to replace my water line..
