EG4 6000ex inverter AC input problems

Problem - AC started charging the batteries even though I do not have that enabled (stays on constantly unless I flip AC breaker in main panel). Also, battery balance seems off...used to be much closer (EG4 batteries). Shown in video. Strange inverter hum shown in video (new hum just started yesterday)

Setting 10 = OSO
Setting 13 = 10 amps even though AC battery charging is not enabled
Setting 30 and 31 are all default

No changes. I think the latest firmware was installed around June 13th. The issue started on July 3rd.

Could you Reflash the latest firmware and see if the issue is still happening? Is your AC input coming from the grid or a generator?
