Should be pretty easy to rewire them I think. I plugged the #'s in and I think I'll be ok. I just wanted to know if there was a huge benefit in moving to 6s vs. what I currently have.

Wiring is approx 50 foot from array to inside house with 10gauge wire the whole run. The panels are approx 49voc each. My simple math tells me even 5x50voc would be fine with the victron. Thoughts?

Yes, I tried that (setting to what bms is saying) but then later (charging or depleting), it drifts and they go out of sync for sure where one would say 82% (bms) and victron shunt would say like 76%. I'll go ahead and charge up to 100% and reset sOC.

So when the batteries reach 100%, just set the smart shunt to 100%?

It's being removed. I had that unit connected to two Renogy 550w panels to which each are 49.7v/each ... 100v max for two temps have been anywhere from 20's to 50s farenheight . Well under the 150vdc limit of the DP.
