I've been running my inverter through the same breaker you have, with 50mm2 cable for almost a year now. Quite often seeing 125amp loads continuously for prolonged periods when cooking/baking etc. No heating issues at all. Whole thing stays perfectly room temperature.

Does the zke tester have separate voltage sense leads? Crocodile clips vs ring terminals shouldn't make too much of a difference if it does.

Eve tests all its cells. Those that fail testing go into the grade B pile and get auctioned off to resellers. Now thankfully they have a nice big B stamped onto their qr codes to solve the mystery.

Sounds like you haven't quite understood how solar panels work in series or parallel and how the volts and amps combine. Don't set up a 4s string with a 3s string, in parallel with each other. At best you'll bottleneck and loose power. At worst you may get a short or bypass through one string...

If one inverter has a grid tie capacity, you could perhaps use it to supplement the "grid" that is actually created by your other inverter. Just have to ensure it doesn't try to export anything and voltage limits are set.

Gee that's odd, I'd never run a system with charging based on calculated or measured SoC. That's just asking for trouble. If you have the option to make it stop charging based on voltage, I'd change to that.
