Personally, I wouldn't use a Class-T for each inverter, but for each battery. I'm currently preparing to build a Victron based 3-phase system, that's 3 linked inverters. Of course, the inverters will be fused, but not with Class-T.

First red wire B0 goes to cell 1 negative, second red wire B1 goes to cell 1 positive.

That black duo wire with the clump at the end is the temp sensor.

What about swapping the positive and negative terminal around, so the fuse is not anywhere near the negative?

I've used 'carbon conductive paste' on several connections related to the battery. As per spec: https://mgchemicals.com/products/grease-for-electronics/electrically-conductive-grease/conductive-paste/ But I still would like to use a tinned connection instead of bare copper. ;)

That video shows an untinned copper busbar going from the left pack of the cells to the right side pack. Can you clarify what's included, tinned or untinned connector? edit: I've asked Amy and she's informing to see if a tinned variant can be delivered.

In the camper I use an Victron MultiPlus 2 and when charging from the grid, the JK BMS does not have a connection with the MP2 so it cannot signal a lower charge current when the battery is nearing full SOC. I programmed some Node-RED stuff on the Victron Cerbo to lower charging current, which...

Yes, indeed. So far, all I've seen is the box that comes with all parts like connectivity towards BMS and the BMS included, or a bare bones, a few separators only. Price difference is quite large, but at least you can use a JK BMS with the latter ones.

This thing always makes me wonder -- all switches I can find, like main battery switch, are all rated to 48v, not nominal, but max. So, 56v is too much. Where do you find your materials that allow up to 60v?

When using this in an RV/truck/whatever, this would worry me. Especially when using solid busbars between terminals.

Personally, I would put the 2nd cable connecting both posts at the other end of the post, not with the lugs on top of each other.

Well, it seems to work so far. I posted it as a suggestion for people to read on how to throttle charging when there's no connection between BMS and Victron MultiPlus. ;)

AliExpress chat. Via a rebrander company. So it was a Daly, but I didn't actually deal with Daly.

I had a customer service rep from a Daly rebrander company say I had to update the firmware (via usb/pc app) on my 24v8s Daly and it bricked... The update system is shite.

Huh, they freeze? I thought it would be OK to discharge below 0 degrees C. Can't have them bloating. It would be a drag to take em out of the vehicle. Temperatures should rise once the weekend is over though.
