Would a short in one of them panels cause the other panels to burn?

I'm not sure but do I add the short circuit current of each 200w panel in series 10.2a x 3 = 36a? So I use 30a fuse?

My first 4s2p, what fuse do I use from panels to scc? Gauge is 10 awg 20 feet one way.
