The inverter is always left off when nobody is on site so the low voltage cutoff in it doesn't apply. The battery use is DC load.

Here's some details on the overload capacity. Chart is L-L but spec sheet clarifies L-N for single leg is even more impressive compared to some other HV 120/240 inverters that struggle with imbalanced overload.
