The wattage you have is for AC loads , but the energy comes from the DC batteries. Ohms law is Power = Volts * Amps, so one takes your wattage and divides by the battery voltage of 12 volts to get the 550 amps and that's not taking into account efficiency losses. Read up Here for more details

From your images it would appear your battery wiring is substantially undersized for 250 amps ( 6000 watts of inverters ) and series stacking battery's with separate BMS is problematic at best.

PVC won't last outside, I would recommend if you really need to have a separate disconnect for solar, you get one that is code compliant and can handle switching high voltages in load. The Square D HU361RB is one such device.
