@Lorax_UK I think you are correct, looking at the certificates they are only G99 approved and G100 says N/A

You can limit the export on pretty much all Victron inverters, and this may be acceptable (G100 I believe) , although its a long time since I did my G99 and I got full approval for what I wanted.

Actually you likely need bigger (unless you've de-rated your AIO), the 8000 kVA is 6.4 kW and 10 kVA is only 8 kW, lots of people often make that mistake, kVA is not the same as kW.

Its not a warranty issue, it was user error, they didn't hear/feel the click on the torque wrench - read the posts after the initial post about the broken terminal. Looking at the damage on the busbar its clearly been overtightened. They even said in another post, but I don't think they twigged...

This morning I finally managed to get a code, they said it only works for 15 minutes but not sure why. The BMS is not internet connected, the phone App didn't access the internet either, it can't be time related as it would get rather complicated, you could be anywhere in the world, your phone...

I suggest you speak with SolarEdge support, they should be able look at the system and see what it's doing.
