I can't tell. The majority of my cells during charge are reading 3400mv, some at 3500mv. After 40 minutes I shut my generator off cuz I felt like al I was doing was wasting fuel. If you think I should just let it go I'll fire it back up. I'm beyond frustrated.

My manuals are crap and the “help desk” phone line at Shop Solar is considerably less than desirable and anything BUT helpful.

Default are 56.4 bulk charge and 54.0 float charge. Current values are set to 58.0 bulk and 54.4 float. Generator charge time depends on battery depletion.

The Shop Solar "help desk" had me set those values even higher than that. Should I return those settings to factory?

They are 16 cells. That explains why I always read over 48v. That always confused me.

Yeah, me too. From day one i have been curious as to why they don't drain equally, it seems like every other day my system decides to deplete one battery for a day or two, then the other. Never made sense to me.

I have noticed sometimes when charging the batteries will hit 100% and still indicate they're charging. I would have thought that would be bad for the batteries.

I didn't either but I am learning. What it means is I have a $1600 generator in my yard that doesn't charge my batteries due to total harmonic distortion if I understand correctly. See the photos above from Skypower.

I just tried loading my generater a little to see if that would work, again, and it didn't. If a generator is listed as having a total harmonic distortion of less than 5% is that good? I live in an RV and would like to be able to plug directly into my generator with my 50amp plug, just in case...

I have problems charging through my MPPs as well. I think my issues are to do with my generator, not the inverters. From what I understand they are finicky about power and my generator is not "inverter duty" rated. I am currently generator shopping as I am all out of other options.

And i feel like the user manual with the lv6548's leaves a lot of open questions. It tells you stuff but doesn't explain it well. The inverters themselves have communication cables wiring them together so they should be sharing all the same info.

If by AIO you mean my inverters then my understanding is yes. I am brand new to solar, am 100% off grid and have had my system up and running for just two weeks now.

The more depleted battery has charged up to 32% and the other battery has assumed the household draw. Seems weird to me.

Battery cable length and connections are identical all the way around.

That's what I would like to know. They are both connected to bus bars and both inverters are connected to the bus bars as well. The whole thing should be in sync. That's why I wondering if there is a setting I'm missing in my inverters somewhere.
