I get the same on/off at sunrise and sunset on my MPP Solar LV2424 and just thought it's normal. Most mornings it doesn't wake us up but the relay clicking does get annoying. It's been doing thos for over 3 years. It's almost an alarm clock that competes with a rooster if one is around.

I've only been to one location and recommend that you either stop by or call them to see what they have to use.

I'm not wanting to know this question. Early on I was asking Will if it was ok to turn off the unit at night to save my 24v batteries from running the inverter needlessly. I think someone else posted this question and I thought that Ian from MPP USA said that the batteries had to stay connected.

You've got it backwards. Wiring in series adds voltage but keeps amperage the same. Parallel keeps voltage the same but adds the amperage.
