Lux 12k overloading genset
Lux 12k with 280ah Gsl battery . When i connect my genset to the Gen port to charge the battery, it overloads the genset , Inverter disconnects, then tries again, and so on. Even with genset max kw set to 1kw and max battery charge amps to 10 amps. 3500w honda with 120/240 and generic...- Aceman

Maple Leaf Moose - 48V 280aH
I have one of these, bought from Solarpowerstore, along with the Lux 18/12k inverter. Salesman suggested it, it was not on there website, mine is GSL branded. I Paid $6000 - 10% + HST for the battery and free delivery to my door last august. Probably a sample unit before they Moose branded...- Aceman

Yes Canadian pesos. Funny how prices double when crossing the border for same equipment. Kinda what i thought too about the MPP being similar, but probably closer to the Luxpower unit- Aceman
