So JK is difficult to get a hold of... my seller contacted them a number of times when a software update locked me out of my JKs, and we were on the road. He'd contact them about 8:00 pm CST, and they'd provide the BT temp password to log in. After that I could get into my settings password...

Shaun, I got the info on the BT password solution here at the forum from Ep1phany, great what to do, solved that issue I had of several months. So far the BMS have been working well, and fortunately they were setup correctly before the BT password thing hit while on a two month road trip.

You might have to uninstall first before attempting to install the new version. Has happened the same to me 5x.

Now, a few folks have talked about once they get into their BMS, they 'change' the password. I suspect they change their "settings" password. I have not found anywhere to change the BT password. Where would that be?

JK has a HQ in the US. Since they sell worldwide, you can file almost virtually where you live. No need to swim. You'd pull them right into your local town. They'd have to swim.

Mine came with an on-off button, press and hold, it will turn on, beep and a red led illuminates. Press and hold again and it turns off the bms.
