Probably will lose more than ONE customer. Some companies just do not understand customer service!

I hear you, but in their defense, the tech said they don't have a 24v option for the LiFePO4. Overall I think my current issue with Renergy is that their Tech Support is rather impatient and condesending which is very off putting to a newbie.
