5-20p to L14-30R for Ecoflow Delta 2 Max

I tried plugging the Delta 2 Max into my Reliance transfer switch https://www.electricgeneratorsdirect.com/Reliance-Controls-306CRK/p50917.html and no power comes through to the switch. I used this cord:

There is a green light on the cord that illuminates indicating the cord is energized but the transfer switch didn't pick up anything. Has anyone plugged the Delta 2 Max into a transfer switch successfully, and if so what cord did you use? I have a Bluetti AC300 with the TT-30P port and that works fine when plugged into the transfer switch.

Reviews on that 5-20 to L14-30 adapter cord indicate that it doesn't power both the X and Y blades on the L14-30 side. you may want to take a multimeter and poke through your whole setup.
