I think We killed our BMS. A little back story I built a system for our Avion I used a DC solid state relay to power a 30 amp 12v Dc to Dc converter. My battery is a self assembled Nissan leaf 48v battery and BMS through www.techdirectclub.com that the BMS seems to no longer be operating.

Well long story short we left the 30 amp 12v inverter powered on for about a week and the BMS shut down the power output of the batteries. Well I was easily able to charge it back up but the BMS never enabled power output again even tho9ugh I was at 58v. I remembered being told it was not field programmable, when I wanted to change the the charge cutoff voltage to a slightly higher limit to 58.1 to avoid ocasional error messages. Anyway I really don't need a 100amp rated BMS 60 amps is likely plenty for my needs and even less would likely be fine (say 50 or even 40 amps). It was a JBD-SP15S001. Anyone have a recommendation for a replacement 14s/15s BMS? I have all LED Lights and working LP Gas appliances with a very small 700 watt microwave.

Do I need a programming dongle or is it all set. Or will Bluetooth work fine with the supplied password.
