EG4 batteries in California

EG4 has this on the downloads for the ESS configurations. It should help translate.

The 9540 cert requires a separate system-level model number for each certified configuration. The download EG4 provided helps translate that to the individual components that make up the system.

Currently: CEC on the 18kpv, UL9540 and UL9540A on the PowerPro battery.
CEC on the server rack batteries
Pending: CEC on the PowerPro battery.

I expect to be able to update this before thanksgiving

I’m in California (San Diego) and want to get the EG4-PowerPro. The problem is that I have a Solark 15k inverter. The battery and Inverter are approved in California, as they both have UL9540A. However for UL9540, the battery is only approved to work with the EG4 18kPV inverter, so I cannot buy this battery for my Solark and pass inspection, correct?
