Epever cloud

Hello everyone. I've just bought an epever rj45 to tcp serial data module for my system. I'm trying to add to epever cloud but I have some curiouw problems. First of all, IiI try to add the concentration device (suppose the module) to concentrator list. But I cannot find neither my model nor the concentrator ID or IMEI. How can I find these numbers? HA s anything to do with MAC address or product ID? thank you

I'm not sure at this point if Epever cloud is actually working at the moment. Both of my wifi adapters have gone down over the last few weeks, and they won't re-connect to the device, much less the cloud. I'm not sure if they pushed something that broke that link or what.

The Epever Cloud web site is gone. The link I have saved in my browser returns a '404 Not Found'

Epever Cloud is still there, but it doesn't appear to be connecting to my devices. I finally got the new app, SolarGuardian working today .

https://hncloud.epsolarpv.com/ is the new site, it connects to the solarguardian app which is the current app.
