Help me design a system and smart home.

I am building a new house and I live in the Philippines near the equator. In my old house my highest month is 1700 KWH so system should be able to do up to 60KWH hybrid on off inverter with batteries. Offcourse I am going to add LEDs and all energy saver lights etc. But the reason I am building a new house is because I am getting married. I will be ordering all components from china. They offered me 20kw inverters and panels around 70000watts per day and gel batteries. I want to get more ca[acity for future proofing. I am planning to put the house on the market right away for profit after construction with a nice solar system which would probably look good on paper.
