On 12-29-23 I ordered a battery balancer from them.
Two weeks ago I attempted to contact them to find out when they would ship the item.
They did charge my card at the time of sale for $133.00.
I can't find a phone number on their web customer support page so sent them a question on the order with no reply. Tried that twice.
I tried to use the chat program and can not get any answer. No response even though it say's online.
It seems like they don't have any customer support at all.
Has anyone else had problems with this company?
