Jakiper Battery DIY 48V100Ah 5kwh Home Battery

I have 4 of the Jakiper Battery DIY 48V100Ah 5kwh Home Battery BMs units. has anyone got them to work? I can't get the units to see my cells correctly or at all. I can't log on to the BMS with any cable just keeps timing out. I have reached out to support but they are not very good. they did send me this "high-quality" video to follow.

I'm trying to send them back but I have not heard back yet. i think i will just buy some Daly BMS instead.

It would be useful to know what you have tried so far, pictures of your battery setup and connected to the bms. Description of the cable you are using to connect to the bms from which device.

I haven't used jakiper myself but I'm sure others have, they just can't help you if you give no details.

I removed and Sodder the first 8 bms leads. It now reads each sell correctly. But I still can't connect to the bms over rs232 or rs485. It's in over voltage mode because this bms is still set for lithium iron Phosphates battery's and I have lithium ion battery's.

OK so you are trying to use a lifepo4 bms for lithium ion. Have you checked the data sheet for the bms to ensure it can work with lithium ion? Any particular reason you are using lithium ion?

I got them off battery hookup, they were a good deal. If i could connect I could change the bms settings to lithium ion.
