Lvx6048 changing settings on its own

Hi. Does anyone know how or why?three LVX 6048 inverters all three and parallel would be able to change settings on it’s a Home from 120 V output to 110 V output AC. … I woke up this morning, with two of the three inverters in fault mode. Overnight somehow the inverse change the output from 120 to 110v no idea how or why they have been running fine for days and then suddenly this
