Durability and weight look good, but the efficiency is not so good (~168W/m^2 for their TBS180R), and what about price? I am seeing the 180W panel for ~$540+?

The Merlin stuff is probably the most durable among Si flex panels. They aren't cheap, but they are tough. Something about the grid connections they use (instead of bus bars) makes them more robust. They also perform well in oblique sun angles compared to others I've used.
