If you build it from scratch and can code it however you want, it is considered the most user-customizable system, yeah?
So in theory I could add a thermocouple module to this and have a very easily configurable low-temp cutoff
Just output into a relay (Or solid state relay, I think there was a thread where they were testing out different high-amperage ones) to run this.
