I’m curious about the fan operation while charging from solar on the MPP pip-812 all in one. Charging up battery in this mornings sun shine, about 65 deg in the shop. Inverter switched off only MPPT operating. The fan came on. Inputting 57v @ 2.5amps from panels, coming out from MPPT @ 7amps on MPP display showing 6.3 amps with clamp on meter to battery likely because of fan draw. No other load on battery, cool temps in garage.
is it a normal function for the fans to be running in this situation??
