mppsolar 11kw max and battery rs485 cable

l hope this is the right section, l have a mppsolar 11kw Max, and a allith 10 kw battery model HJ-PW-512200. The information that mpp instructions says to use pylontech comms setting. This is the beginning of frustration, l have made so many cables and none of them work.

Can someone please help.....thank you.

Can you post the manual for each - the inverter and the battery.

l have both manuals, also have just been advised the battery must use can.

Your battery manual is silent on how to set the canbus protocol, best you contact the seller. If it has the optional Bluetooth then try the JK app to connect.
