Need a BMS recomendation.

Unfortunately I don't know any. But I'd say avoid cheap chinese ones (or if you don't, then at least triple or quadruple the rating).
 
Latching relays are perfect too but are more complex to control so the BMS need to be able to do that (but apparently it is, so go news for you).

1 A is pretty low but you can control at least 2 or 3 big relays if you choose them right. Flyback diodes would be a good idea as you'll have a very low margin.
Oh I just realized the smart bms maximum continuous current for each relay is:
> 2A@ 30VDC
> 1A @ 60VDC
That gives me much more wiggle room. Thanks for helping me to simplify my system and reduce cost.

About the setup and the 2a cell balance, I think there's a newer version coming in March, that has temperature protection also, phone app, 150amp charge /discharge. Thanks
