Installing 12 380 watt 48V panels feeding into an EG4 6000XP. I've got 3 pole top mount solar array structures to work with. Each structure is designed to only hold a maximum of 4 bigger panels. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get 4 panels on each mount but keeping my voltage well above the minimum required MPPT input spec. This inverter has 2 separate MPPT's but each has a max of 17 amps. My panels put out 10A each, If I parallel anything I'll immediately be over the maximum current. Actually this inverter clips over 17A but has a max of 25A. I don't want to waste anything so it appears I should've designed my system better. Anybody have any ideas how I can get 3 arrays using 12 panels to get less than 17A and under 380V??

If all 3 pole mounts are near each other you can still do 2 strings of 6 panels. The middle pole mount will have 2 panels in series going each way, the wires would just continue over to the other 4 panel mount on either side to complete the 6S.
